Observation

Heavy objects and falling hazard in every room noted. Older Toddler room: cabinets not secured to the wall, piles of clutter stacked unsecured ontop of cabinets and counter tops, heavy items not secured to counter tops and window sills. Younger Toddler room: cabinet not secured to the walls, clutter unsecured ontop of cabinets, backpacks not secured observed on window sills. Baby Room: Tall cubby not secured to the wall. Preschool Room: Upper wall mounted cabinets full of heavy teaching supplies and equipment, latches are broken and pose a falling hazard risk to children below. Tall cabinets not secured to the wall observed. Heavy objects on countertops and cabinet tops not secured. Outside Play Area: Storage cabinets observed to have items stacked ontop of eachother all unsecured and poses a falling hazard risk. Center for use rooms had 2 fans present, both presenting a falling objects hazard. Washer and Dryer room door, no longer has a lock and is accessible to children, poses an entrapment hazard. Diaper wipe packages saying keep away from children due to choking hazard, were observed in all rooms accessible to children. Plastic bags in diapering station in the preschool room were accessible to children on a cabinet. Carpet in the younger toddler room, is frayed with a unraveled loose binding, poses a tripping hazard. One outlet in the older toddler room had one outlet that was not TRR. In the older toddler room and younger toddler room, devices were observed plugged in near the sinks.
